BYLAWS
and STANDING RULE changes
The
proposed Bylaws and Standing Rule changes were presented to you by the Bylaws
& Standing Rules committee and distributed prior to the Feb 5th
meeting. They were discussed there
which resulted in a few minor adjustments.
Please review these final attached Proposed Bylaws and Standing Rules
changes & come prepared to vote on them at the March dinner meeting.
Of course, if you have questions before, don’t hesitate to contact me
for any clarification.
If
necessary, you can compare the changes to the existing Bylaws & Standing
Rules currently posted on our website.
Please
bring all 3 documents with you to the March meeting for reference.

Even
though the changes appear to be extensive, many are grammatical or just bringing
the rules into line with what we are actually doing today.
After
we’ve voted on the changes, any that result in updating the Job Description
Manual will be addressed shortly thereafter & posted on the website.
