Description Manual / Bylaws & Standing Rules
After many
late night meetings, the Job Description Manual is finally up to date!

The last
time it was updated was in 1999 & thus it was in need of serious updating.
All
members should review the manual. Feel
free to print a copy or certain portions. Committee
chairs & officers should especially focus on their specific tasks, so you
know what you are responsible for during your term.
This should be particularly helpful to newer chair people.
If you still have questions, be sure to contact the senior members for
assistance & guidance.
This
manual should be consulted in conjunction with our Bylaws & Standing Rules.
They too will be updated this year by the same committee that helped with
the Job Description updates. As
always, if anyone else wants to help out, please let me know.
The more, the merrier. As we
gear up to tackle this project, be sure to submit any recommendations for
improvement, corrections, etc to me by the January 8th dinner
meeting. See you then!
